Robertson Quay and Boat Quay are great spots to relax!

The rooms, though small, were recently renovated and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, with easy access to Robertson Quay and Boat Quay, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the city's vibrant atmosphere. It was a great choice for a couples' trip, providing comfort and value for your money.

My children wanted more space to play.

Cleanliness: The room was cleaned very well. Hotel facilities: Amenities such as coffee and tea are provided free in the room. Transportation: Very close to a bus stop, making it convenient to get the bus to go to the city or MRT station. Location: Close to the pathway to Changi airport, making it easy for travelers.

Comfy and strategic location, the hotel was fairly clean.

I had the standard double room, it was fantastic and spacious. Location: the hotel was near the pathway, Bugis Street, Novena MRT station and ORchard Road, and Singapore.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while on a business trip. The location is very convenient, with convenience stores and bus stops nearby. The interior of the room was nice and the staff were friendly, including a Filipino staff member. The first time I stayed on the 1st floor, the room was clean and the aircon was great, although I could hear people talking outside. The second time I stayed on the 2nd floor, the room was clean and pleasant, and this time there was no noise. However, the aircon seemed to not be working properly and I felt hot throughout the night. Despite this, I still love this hotel for its convenience and the exceptional customer service, particularly from one staff member who went out of her way to accommodate my late check-in and extended check-out. I will definitely return to this hotel as it provides a conducive environment for work and projects.

Flat screen TV with good channels, mostly sports. Reception was bad on some but didn't really matter because we didn't watch much. Cleaning service was good. We enjoyed coming back to the hotel an finding it spick and span. Convenient to get to town as there are buses and train stations. Taxis are easy to come by too. You pay for what you get. It's cheap and we had a pleasant experience.

Very small toilet, hardly any room to manoeuvre. Floor was cold, but since it's a budget hotel we didn't expect any carpets, plus they would be harder to clean. Bedsheets weren't fitted, so they tended to come loose by the time it was morning. There was an omnipresent smell of cigarette smoke on the fifth floor, probably something to do with the ventilation system even though it was a non-smoking floor. We found it mildly annoying but bearable. It was also very cold in the hallway.

The location was mind-blowing! Right next to Whampoa Food Court with jaw-dropping local delicacies and a 24-hour Cheers & 7-Eleven shop. Our room on the 4th floor was super quiet, even though it was next to the road. The bus stations across the street made transportation a breeze. In the evening, we found a fantastic Malay restaurant and a Chinese dumpling shop for late-night snacks. The air conditioning worked like a charm, keeping us cool and comfortable. The staff were so helpful and the room was surprisingly spacious. Plus, we had free wi-fi, convenient luggage storage, a flat-screen TV, and a 24-hour reception. Definitely a super stay!

The lighting was great and the air conditioning was awesome! There's a bus stop nearby and a plethora of places to eat along the road. The overall experience was top-notch, with excellent facilities such as wi-fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, laundry service, a flat-screen TV. Plus, the hotel strictly enforces a no-pets policy and ensures a smoke-free environment.

Mind-blowing smoking area and super convenient shops downstairs! Easily accessible via bus, with clean and comfortable rooms. Jaw-dropping location near bus stop and plenty of nearby eateries. Super value for money!

The staff are really kind and nice, we thoroughly enjoyed them. The building is nice, the room is reasonably spacious and fantastic.

The renovated rooms were a pleasant surprise, they looked modern and fresh. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room nice and cool. The hotel was conveniently located near a food court with a wide variety of local delicacies to choose from. there were nearby convenience stores for any last-minute needs.

The rooms were quite small and felt cramped. The shower area being right next to the toilet was not ideal and made the washroom feel even smaller.

The room is tidy and clean. Value for those on budget/backpackers.

However MRT is not near for walking distance. You need to take bus to go Novena Station which is inconvenience. There are few ktv/lounge around that area (Balestier) which made that area full of prostitute.

The food was GOOD with a wide range of choice!

The lobby is so cozy and spacious, I felt like I was in a palace! The staff were super helpful, organizing my laundry and planning my entire vacation for me. Thanks!

Oh, and the common area? What a dream!

I stayed at a hotel in Singapore that was great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient with a bus stop right outside. The staff were friendly and even helped me when I wasn't feeling well.

The morning meal could have been better with more variety.

the cleaner seems like cleaning 24hours , even mid night oso can hear them walking and outside the room. But the room is clean, so well done cleaner!
